A grassroots organizer with eight years of experience managing climate adaptation projects. Felix coordinates Community Frontier's strategic direction, partnership development, and organisational growth. He works closely with local communities, county governments, and development partners to strengthen climate resilience, youth empowerment, and inclusive development initiatives.
